Last year i was in the program for a gastric sleeve surgery. I dropped out because I wasn't ready to do what I needed to do.. I started at 420lbs and I lost 98lbs but I'm stuck at 322lbs. I'm trying to get back into the program because I know I need to lose this weight or I could die. I applaud you for doing what I wasn't able to do at the time. You are my hero. Thank you Tobias!

I'm really curious; how does your digestive system work after the surgery? Ive heard people shart themselves and even some people say their farts smell nastier after. THAT terrifies me! 😨

3 months ago I weighed 370lbs, I had the sleeve and have never felt hungry since. I've dropped 88lbs so far and feel great. I'll be starting on my treadmill again soon.
how has been your recovery so far? I've been continuing to go to the gym until I get a surgery date. I'm nervous but I look forward to having a healthier lifestyle again
I’m 15 yrs out from Gastric and I still Dump occasionally. It’s not pleasant. However early on I needed to bump my head to stay on track. Discipline is EVERYTHING! You look Amazing Handsome!👍🏾 I was 246 day of Sx. My lowest has been 142, but I’m now 160 and comfortable. This procedure is simply a TOOL not a cure all. GL!

Everything that you said is SO true. I am 3 months post op vsg, down 56 pounds, 48 to go and it is without a doubt the best decision that Ive ever made for myself. Anyone that thinks that weight loss surgery is the easy way out is just IGNORANT because nothing about this is easy but it is so worth it. Congratulations on your weight loss. You look fabulous!
Im getting bypass on August 29th 2023 and its been such a long journey and after waiting 2 yrs its finally here and I'm so nervous but also excited.

I’ve been binge watching your videos since last night. I love your energy, I’m having my surgery tomorrow morning and I’m so nervous. I only had to be on liquids for two days and my greedy ass is going through it. Your videos are very helpful thank you so much and you look amazing!!!❤

Congrats on your journey you're doing amazing. I'm dealing with similar issues I have an auto immune disease my joints have been killing me so bad that some days my knees give out. I'm almost 2yrs post op and this is best thing I've ever done even with all of scary parts. Everyone's journey is definitely different and this isn't for the faint of heart you gotta put in the work. I just had my first appointment with the weight loss doctor today a lot of overwhelming info so I did a search for videos and came across yours . I want to thank you for this very real talk no holds barred explanation of your experience and also that you would do it again. I had my surgery yesterday (March 4th). They put me on a liquid diet Feb 26th and I was doing ok till the girlfriend made brats for dinner the 3rd and I broke. I had a small bite of a half of a brat and felt so guilty I couldn't finish.
Just had my bypass surgery yesterday (8/12/22) & am 1 day post-op! You videos have been extremely encouraging so far! Though the post-op gas pain is all too real!!
Yes didfently lot of gas today is my fifth day from having my surgery.
Congrats, you have done an amazing job. I just had my surgery as of 02/14/2022. So I am looking to see progress as well, thank you for being such an encouragement, it's wonderful that people can be so real and authentic such as yourself.

ugh, i adore you lol. I'm coming up on week 3 after my gastric bypass and the ONLY THING I'm struggling with is drinking water. I used to chug that shit and drink a ton, now I'm only able to have a sip here and there. With that said I am so happy and I REFUSE to experience any kind of dumping lol. like nah. I am doing and eating what I'm supposed to and I'm so ready to make super healthy recipes that I've found! Thank you for sharing your journey because it has helped me a lot
Congratulations this is Monday is my fifth day from having surgery I had gas so bad but other then that I am okay I just get hungry sometimes but it just a mind thing.
Congratulations to you TY! 💪🏾You've come a long way Baby! I am 5 years post-op from gastric sleeve. 347 lbs to 253 lbs. I'd like to drop 40 lbs more, but I feel great! Best thing I've ever done for ME! I still eat meals on a salad plate rather than a dinner plate. Similar problem foods as you. No candy/sweets, sodas, or beef. Limit pastas, rice, potatoes and bread. No fast or fried food. Protein is important. Eat your eggs, chicken, turkey, etc. Continue walking, and drink lots of water (but not while you eat!) Keep up the great work Sweetie. YOU GOT THIS!!😘 👍🏾❤️
I love how honest you are about everything and not just trying to glorify it like everything is so fabulous and oh I'm skinny and it's easy. I truly appreciate this, I'm supposed to be getting the sleeve surgery soon but I'm so nervous about it and don't know if I want to go forward with it or not. Your videos are very inspiring.

Congrats on your weightloss and your health journey. I have my VSG scheduled 10/19/2023. Like you I have been walking and doing 30 day challenges and putting in the work before the surgery. I know it won’t be smooth sailing. I had nerve pain before and with walking it mostly stopped. I am more nervous because I have 2 torn rotator cuffs and it’s getting better but it hurts to put too much weight on my arms and upper body but I am working on it with cold laser therapy and physical therapy. Thanks for being honest.
Had mines the 17th. Not sure how I feel. Only time will tell. Good luck

Tobias, I just wanted to say that I have watched all of your weight loss surgery journey and you have helped me out a lot. I will be having my duodenal switch surgery on 4/5/2022. I start my pre-op diet on 3/22/2022. It's a two week diet and a low carb diet. I am looking forward to this surgery and to my weight loss journey. I have been at the weight I am at for the last 27 yrs. I am ready to move forward and I just wanted to thank you for all of your advice and information to help me through this. You are always so positive and upbeat and honest and I appreciate that. I will definitely go at my pace to lose this weight. God will be with me through this whole journey, but I also like to have the support from my earthly friends and family as well. You have been an inspiration to me and you just look so good with your new body. I'm proud of you for what you have already gone through. I know you didn't do the same surgery I am going to go through, but I will be going through the other things that you had to go through, just differently because we each are all different and unique. Thank you for everything that you do. I will let you know how my surgery went. I am also doing vlog videos to help me out so that I can look back and say goodbye to this old woman and hello to my new self after my surgery is done and I lose all the weight that I need to lose in a years time. Keep up the great work. Have a great day and keep doing your videos, because I love watching what you do and your upbeat self!!!
