I have old faucets just like these and have been trying to figure out the dang drip issue. Tried 3 washers, still the leak.... It's got to be the SEAT!! Going to Harbor Freight to get those tools, thank you so much for the demonstration. 🙂 Subbed!! 👍
Get you an easy out bolt and screw extractor tool, some of those seats are hard to remove. If you have a ace hardware go see them and they will have the extractors and seats.

Got 'er done! Used a long double-ended easy-out with tight threads. Thanks for the guidance and inspiration!

@@dustyguy didn't work for me. I've been trying to get the seat out for 2 days. Had to call a plumber. Hope they can get it out.
