Today is my second day of excercise, and my legs are paining like hell. If you are not doing excercise regularly than its tough for you. But don't loose hope. Keep doing.
Day 1 - easy
Day 2 - more difficult because of leg pain
Day 3 - easier than second day.
Day 4 - easier than 2 and 3 day. Body pain reduce now. Feeling energetic.
Day 5,6,7,8,9,10 completed successfully.
Finally I lose my belly fat . It is surely working. I M doing from last 15 days, with some yoga( kapalbhati). And lost 3-4 inches. Regular food. Just avoid heavy food in dinner

Guys I used to be really skinny 1 year ago, then I added some protein and yeah of course Home workout with some dumbells and body weight exercise. And now I gained some weight and am looking fine now. But my belly fat has increased more than I expected. I mean my stomach used to be very very skin but now it is a little too much , maybe because I didn't do any belly workout or exercise. So any suggestion how can I lose my belly fat without losing weight of other body parts and without reducing diet ??? I mean my stamina is really good, strength & have a flexible body , everything is fine now , the only thing which is bothering me is my belly fat , it is little too much
