Hi Nelly, this is quite helpful I should say. Thank you very much.
But I read in the comment that we are to present original copies of the tax returns and affidavit of support and not photo copies, how’s that possible given that it is scanned and sent to us here in Ghana. Unlike our birth cert and passport which we have original copies in hand here. Can you give me clarity on that please?
Who ever is filing for you has to send the original copies to you. (Not electronically)
My fiancé is doing her K1 visa appointment in Accra. I’m confused if biometrics is required because I never received a biometric appointment.
Did you have to do biometrics at any point?
No, I didn’t
Thanks for sharing your story.Received DC message from NVC since april 2022 and still waiting for my interview appointment.Is it necessary to present AOS during interview, where as summited earlier to NVC.
Yes. Submit original copies of the documents you already sent to nvc
They’ll let you know what exact documents in your appointment letter

No i didn’t. Petitioner is a citizen .
Nelly, please did you pay for the pickup via DHL? If yes, how much please? My sister's interview was done today and got the same results like yours "Refused" but they have her passport and everything and they've urge us to add additional documents so probably, it's a positive news.

It was IR2 and at the time of filing I was less than 21years.

No, I didn’t
Please if its work sponsoring and the bank statement of the work place is attached, since payslip is required too must one add the personal bank statement aside the payslip tho work is the one sponsoring? Any idea
@@bernicekumah3904 I’m not 100% sure but what I do know is that, you submit the bank statement or affidavit of support of anyone that has been documented as a sponsor. Which means that, if a work place is sponsoring, you attach that. If you’re also sponsoring in addition to the work place you attach that as well. But if the work place is the only sponsor and you feel that you should add a personal one, then you should. It’s better to have it and be safe than to not have it and it’ll be required.

You can call the medical center to find out
Which visa category are you and have you received your green card and SSN and also what questions where you asked at the Port of Entry at Dulles International Airport Virginia.
IR2 and Yes , I have received both. I was just asked to show my passport and I was asked where I’m going. Then she asked if they should mail my green card to the address I had given them. That was it.
