But I read in the comment that we are to present original copies of the tax returns and affidavit of support and not photo copies, how’s that possible given that it is scanned and sent to us here in Ghana. Unlike our birth cert and passport which we have original copies in hand here. Can you give me clarity on that please?

The Diaspora concept is a fraud. To solve this problem, they can have intake offices worldwide to provide excellent services to Ghanaians and the diaspora.

Ok first of all @NellyBlankson your visa category didn’t change because your petitioner was a US citizen so your age was frozen the day the petition was filed under the CSPA Act.If your petitioner was a LPR,your visa category would have changed.thanks
