I've been watching you for almost a decade, admiring your work, Mr Robinson. Soon the time will be upon me to finally be able to afford one of your beautiful works of art! I'm so excited! By this time next year, I fully expect to be able to have one of your swords adorn my wall!
I love the indepth explanation you have been giving in your more recent videos and the deeper look at your work

Thank you kindly :)
once again, i am impressed. I appreciate your time, energy and art. thank you.
Thank you and you're welcome, I'm pleased you appreciate the work.
Wow, yet another masterpiece.
Since you are pattern welding now and make awesome bronze castings you could maybe try something a little bigger.
For example a great sword like "Hearts Bane" from Game of Thrones. I dont't know if you like/do replicas but it's one of the most awesome swords in TV/movie history and it should fit your skill set (but maybe not your quench tank).
Superpros at work...
:D
Jeff you're such a perfectionist you do amazing work
Amazing craftsmanship
Thank you
Awesome sword
It looks beautiful, although I would like to note that the original suontaka sword grip was fully cast in bronze.
Hope you are well my friend!
How do you keep the leather from eventually coming undone? Is there something other than the glue keeping it in place? Your bronze work is absolutely insane. You’re attention to detail is astounding.
Thank you. The leather was also slightly wet when it was glued in place, so it shrinks to the form of the grip as well. It dries pretty firm and the skived edges help as well.
This is soooo good. I'm saving up to request your custom cus you're one of the best bladesmiths I've seen. I'm also interested in learning bladesmithing myself, as a hobbyist. Would you recommend an induction or coal furnace? I don't want to break the bank, but I do want to be able to make swords hahah.
Is the sleepy hollow sword still available for commission? And how much will it cost?
Hey Jeff, 9:41 What's your process for cleaning this up for reuse? Thanks man. Beautiful work as always.
15:32 that looks like the fun part : )
Mostly, it's the time to relax as I'll know at that point that everything turned out as it was supposed to ;)
@@brotherbanzai ah, of course :D
I will surpass you one day
