Fun facts, if you look up you will gain more distance and you can also look in any direction to do directional mantle jump(left, right, and backward) and adding in tap strafe is also viable.

Yes, but on most of occasions, You are not be able to lookup.

@@Mist3rBaker Not sure about that, but I can think of the zip spots that you do it with the look up more that the one that you cant. Mostly you can look up unless there is a low roof above you like the one in streamer building and it does not have to be a Zipline shaft, any vertical zipline with the ledge close enough to mantle and still can reach the zip will do, including the Evac tower if deploy correctly.

If you play on console i recommend using evolved settings for doing super jumps and mantle jumps because your crouch is on your right stick and your jump is on l1 or lb if you play Xbox

You need to have fast settings tho because it’s kinda hard with slow settings if your barley learning as well so I’m just giving free tips to people who come across this video because this video helped me out

I can't do it at Pylon or small streamer but xan do it in firing range

I just hold crouch after I super jump before I reattach to the zip. Still use S to candle mantle and can stay crouched so larger characters don’t hit head

I cant seem to do it. I click everything perfectly but i never get any vertical momentum and i just fly forward normally

i super jump only upwards not forward :/

tap strafe to the direction u desire right after jumping

you can do it without tap strafe.. it"s just that it's inconsistent

No I definitely go forward u just have to move your left stick forward again b4 u actually get into the animation

i use LT / L2 to jump and it feels impossible to get it more than 10% of the time
