You are totally right buying a wiring kit that works perfect, no matter the cost. The car Ecu tune/wiring is the A-Z in every car. It's the most important thing to run the car safely. In Greece a lot of expensive cars have blown up cause of bad wiring/tune. No one talks about that, it's a "car taboo"... 😊

Something weird you may be able to try which happened to me if the noise comes back, is to make sure the axles are pushed in enough. I had a weird noise for a while which was my axle slowly sliding out of the diff and eventually just popped out!

if the speedo is still hooked up in the car it will make a rubbing sound from the dash but its hard to tell where its coming from , my Miata does it when its cold. probably not your issue but figured id say something

So originally when a fuse burns out you can change it, but if the car is using the pmu as it's all in one fuse, would it be possible that it would burn out? If so would you have to change the whole pmu unit?
