First vid for my boss run. Points to note include-
1.My first time playing Persona.
2.Thus, i took Brad immediately and then later realised i missed out on Chris T_T

no matter the game or the language Nanjo/Nate sounds bad ass.
seriously, I don't understand how you can be so ignorant to a game that shaped and evolved Persona the series. Be grateful they are remaking such a game.
Yeah I'm grateful with what they have done. Everything they did was perfect but some ppl has their own opinions.
what I love about this game that annoys me in P3 is that you get to control all the characters
Well, there's basically two paths in this game (one not released in the original, but I digress).
In the main path, you have your Main Character, Maki, Masao, and Kei (Mary, Mark, and Nate). For your fifth character you can choose Eriko, Hidehiko, Yuka, or Reiji, with Yukino being forever unusable (Ellen, Brad, Alana, Chris, Yuki). So yeah, you do have *some* control over the last member, but that's it.
Also, I know in the second path that Yuka and Yukino are base party members for sure.
Whoo first boss fight. Dig the new boss fight, though I miss the part that sort of builds up to the main boss fight music (also miss the 'awakening' theme, but I'll deal).
Somehow I usually end up with a maxed out Pixie at this fight and spam Bolt... or Zionga I guess... I dunno.
Also, I enjoy the fact where you can predict where your attacks will hit with the new guiding systems for attacks and party set up. Nice to see it when you're choosing skills too ^_^
Ah, I was wondering if anyone was playing thru the JP PSP remake!

its actually wierd to see something im so used to seeing from the original game, even though i never played it, i watched alot of youtube videos, lol.
This series would have been a great rival to the final fantasy series if it was localized right, I mean this series has great story lines and decent gameplay that changes the way rpg players like us look at the genre.
i never played the first persona. came out when i was just born but i heard the boss music and the remake 2 days ago and....damn they're both good.

The none black was the original, they changed a lot of people in the ps1 version because they wanted to give off the illusion that this was happening in america, how stupid.
So Tiny can summon his own persona. Any idea what the name of it is?
The boss music IS meh... especially compared to the original.
...which is odd... after about a month of hating the new battle theme just because it was j-pop, I realized the original one sucked pretty hard and the new one grew on me.
...don't really see that happenin with the new boss theme...
If they remake Persona 2:EP or Innocent Sin, they better not touch the boss themes.

i never played the first persona, and this has been bugging me....
this is probably a stupid question, but is this the type of game where the game gives you party members and you can't control who leaves you, like grandia 3, or is there a "party" option in the menu, where you can change your active combatants?
Um yeah but on the party option no. There's nothing called party in there. You get a fixed party for all two routes in the game for the sebec route tho you can choose who you want as a last member for your party. The selection poll includes Chris Eriko Alana Brad. yukino is not usuable in the sebec route.

You're probably one of those people who're new to SMT from the comment you made. Worse, you're the kind of new person where there's no hope for. Maybe if you played Persona 1 back when it was on the PS1, you'd have a bit more appreciation.

The game suggests that you get Chris.
He's rly good. Though he can't equip some or more personas than Brad but still.
Definitely Brad. I honestly think Brad is better than Reiji.

Seriously, his starter persona is badass, go get him. Brad, to be frank, is kinda meh.
they could have improved graphics a little bit ... i mean atliest like on the persona 2 that would be enough...

Rudevald played persona on psx and on psp and on psx is mor enjoyable .Rudevald Have Played All Persona games (Innocent Sin included ) and Rudevald will keep telling that PSP wersion of Persona is Crap !

I would have preferred if they updated the graphics more. Heck, P2 looks better than this.
It has to do with the fact that you're putting your name in where pronouns usually are. Specifically "I", but that's whatever. I had to make sure what you were; someone who probably doesn't normally speak English or someone whose native language is English, but they can't even speak it correctly themselves...
And I would know where Poland is. It's beside Czech, Slovakia, and Ukraine; I have coworkers who're Slovakian, and my best friend's Mom immigrated from Ukraine.
