      ​@@Lamordou 8 Months of consistent strength training 4-5 Times a week. Daily 10 minutes of cardio. Daily completing 10-15K Steps.
      Eating in a caloric deficit everyday.
      Hitting daily protein intake.
      As you progress you'll master these skills.
      Counting calories feels a burden for a few months. But you'll get used to it.

    Bhaiya, my weight was okay when I was in class 10th but when I entered class 11th, I was engaged in JEE preparation due to which I didn't pay attention to my health and physical activities as a result pf which I reached 110 kg within 1.5 years, currently I am in class 12th, I am watching you since a month and after that I have improved my diet, should I join gym now and give 1 hr to strength training or later after JEE preparation?     Meri Fitness Level 2 pe chal rahi h. Mn 19 to 20 percent body fat pe hun aur 12 % body fat goal h. And in next 10 to 11 weeks mein 12 % pe aa jaonga. Aapke videos itni baar repeat krke dekhe hn ki calculate krne mein dikkat nahin hoti. Aapka video jismen aapne ek method bataya tha ki kitna time lagega six pack abs tak (12% body fat) pe jaane tak. Ushi method se calculate kr raha hun.

      Jab bhi chicken, sabzi, dal jaise chizo ka nutrition info google se check karte ho, to check karo ki wo nutrition info raw ya cooked item ke liye hai. Raw chicken ka nutrition info dekho, jaise 250g raw chicken me kitne calories, kitna protein etc , wahi tumne khaya hat. Matlab 250g raw chicken ko paka kar khaya hai to uska nutrition 250g raw chicken ka hi hoga, chahe pakane ke bad wajan 150g ho gaya ho.

    Hello brother i watched your videos and i started fatloss but my major concern is as i increased my protein intake i have digestive issues i know that i do not have any lactose intolerance but the thing is i cant hit my fiber goal can you please make a video on fiber intake as well as good and affordable sources to complete our daily fiber intake
    By the way your videos are perfect i have learned a lot i started as 98 kg obese then i did a extreme weight loss to 82 kg but i didnt lose fat then i get knowledge from your videos currently i am 87 kg with a decent muscle mass and fat too but now i started fat loss and i will to fatloss first then i will start muscle gain

    Bro iam 14 yr old girl , but mai personally bolu to mujhe fitness ka kuch zyada hi h , even gym join krna bhi chti hu but 18 ki ho jao to shayad kr lu but home workout with dumble and skipping, walking krti hu , and now my weight is 50 aur mujjhe 47 krna hai without muscle loss kiye aur aapki video se bhit guide mili aur kam bhi hua hai but fir kuch na kuch cheat ho jata ghr pr bn gya accha 😢 , function, nani k yha jana ho gya etc jiski wajah se 50 se kam nhi ho rha bro 😢.

And u r only 14, don't do extreme diets if u r not obese, it will hinder your height growth and impact your mental health. Eat healthy and do daily exercises, that's sufficient for u. Nhi to 20 ki age mai aapko pta chlega ke aapne apna bohot nuksan krlia hai. Let the body grow fully

    Bhaiya I have a major doubt I have started cutting 2 months ago and came from 78 to 72 kg and I have recently joined gym should I continue to cut and leave the weight training as if I will bulk then it will be difficult for me to maintain the fat loss environment and if I maintain a deficit it will slow down the muscle building process as per your cutting and bulking video

    Im in the "Aware" stage and know that im currently unfit. I have BMI of 25-26 approx.
    I just want to know if body recomposition is possible for >30 year olds? I heard that building muscle and losing fat is not possible for >30 year olds.

    Your content is really good. But, thoda english pe dhyan do and keep it simple while you speak. Vo jyada better rahega. For example- "Essential ko ezential" bolne ki koi jarurat nahi, ye bus aaj kal ke bachcho ne modernize kar rakha hai, but that is not the right pronunciation. Also Gauge ko "Gaje kr ke pronounce kro, gojj nhi." Please consider this as a friendly advice bro, I don't mean to demean you.
