0:10 Beautiful Red Maple bonsai forest. Just imagine another cluster of Yellow Maple and Sakura. After that, complement them with miniature Japanese temple and a Samurai castle with village house and farm. Beautiful. Beats any Lego and miniature Train sets.

Amazing,like
Tree type at 03:48? Please and thanks!

Can please somebody tell me what tree is this 1:31 ?
@Marcus Japanese Beech (Fagus crenata). In Japan it is known as Buna.
Buna is usually grown as either a forest style planting made up of multiple seed grown plants, or as individual plants trained in broom or upright styles. It has relatively large leaves that tend to hang on for some time after they turn brown in the fall (a general characteristic of beeches). These are often removed by hand after browning completely as they are unattractive.
Unlike azaleas, pines, etc. forest style planting of Buna are usually produced with groups of seed grown plants. There is little variation in leaf size or characteristics among non hybrid seedlings from Buna, and this enables the production of uniform forests without burying a plant on its' side after trimming off unwanted branches, then gradually removing the partly exposed part of the root system.

What type of maple is it at 0:16?
Probably Acer palmatum 'Deshojo'. There are many selections of Acer palmatum with intensely red new spring foliage. Some such as the relatively large leaved 'Bloodgood' and 'Everred', darken to deeper purplish red or maroon red in the summer, then turn brilliant red in the fall.
'Deshojo' is one of two or three very similar maple cultivars that have relatively small leaves, but lose most of their spectacular red coloring within a month or less after they leaf out in the spring. By summer, their foliage appears a rather uninteresting dull dark green when viewed at a distance, and when examined closely, leaves have irregular areas of light red to pink color. They color up to bright crimson red in the fall. Another nearly identical cultivar is 'Shindeshojo' (New deshojo), and this is currently more widely grown and available in the US than 'Deshojo'. Both are less than ideal bonsai subjects compared to many other palmatum cultivars, because they tend to produce very long irregular branches on a plant that does not naturally grow in a manner resembling any of the traditional bonsai maple styles. This means that they require careful training and pruning by very skilled bonsai artists to look as good as the masterpiece shown here, which is in Boris Vallejo's collection.
In the Kabuki drama, Deshojo is a red faced Orang Utan.

Why bonsai trees always have to be in a pot
They can be on a rock or slab as well!
What is the name of the tree at 4:00 and 2:24
2:24 is Tsugi (Cryptomeria japonica) also known as Sugi or Japanese Cedar. This is a superlative group; the trunks look just like those of old giant forest Tsugi.
4:00 is probably also Tsugi, but I need a closer view for reliable identification. These are much younger plants than those in 2:24.
In Japan, many dwarf/semidwarf selections of Tsugi have been chosen for bonsai. The wild Tsugi is a massive forest tree that is grown for timber. It sheds huge amounts of wind borne pollen in the spring and early summer, and is the bane of people with pollen allergy. This is a reason why many Japanese wore face masks long after the cold and flu season ended.
I took another look, and 4:00 might be Red Ezo Spruce (Aka Ezo Matsu, Picea glehnii), and is probably not Tsugi. Again, I need a closer view for reliable ID. Although Western bonsai books often identify the Ezo Spruce used for bonsai in Japan as Picea jezoensis (known in Japan as Kuro Ezo Matsu, Black Ezo Spruce), this is rarely used in Japan for bonsai.
