Bonsai Empire is the educational platform for Bonsai enthusiasts. We introduce you to the living art of Bonsai, and help you get started! And with our online courses you can truly master the art of Bonsai: bonsaiempire.com/courses
A common misconception is that the plants used for Bonsai are genetically 'dwarfed' plants. Bonsai trees are normal plants, propagated like any other, but trained using sophisticated techniques to keep them in miniature size. The styling of these miniature trees involve important techniques like regular pruning and wiring.
Keeping a Bonsai tree alive is really not that hard. But because the trees are planted in small pots, they have less reserves in terms of water and nutrients. If you pay attention to your tree and water when needed, your tree will thrive!

Bjorn is one of the best bonsai stylists in the world. A brilliant educator too. That is already a stunning tree.
Amazing forest and tutorial. Thanks, keep growing
One of the best forest creation videos I have seen. I love the rock feature. The wisteria is also beautiful.
I loved the new pot!
European prices are so much better than US prices. That’s $30 at least here.
Beautiful work!!
True inspiration
❤❤❤Vary Nice Bonsai trees sir . I Love Bonsai.
I grew 6 of these from seed about a year ago and have had some luck propogating my cuttings. Ive propogated 5 new trees successfully, however ive failed with probably 10. The key is to not leave them in water for too long since the roots won't really stretch out in water and the tree will eventually die before any real root growth. And also there's definitely a minimum cutting size.
Me: Dammit! I watch 7 years old video of bonzai tree, 🤔maybe it’s already dead now. RIP The tree: Am I a joke to you? 😳😠😡
🙏🙏🙏♥️♥️♥️🇬🇧
Amazing ❤❤
Thank you! Cheers!
How do we manage the plant cut out from trimming? There is this guilt to cut away so much of life? 🫠
Beautiful bonsai tree.
my favorit chanel,,love from Indonesia

That's lovely where you live
Greetings from Puerto Rico, nice results!! I want to ask you, what do you use as a soil for your tree?
Well it depends on the tree and its state of development. We have a video about bonsai substrates!
I have plant that I got from a taxi driver in Essex UK it was very ill and I nurses it back to health it is or has become one of my joys on this planet the other is tobacco that almost got annihilated by underground slugs
5:58 WOW
Why do you wire it?
To be able to shape its branches. A few months later we remove the wire.
Bonjour à celui qui a fait ces magnifique bonsaï je tenais à vous dire que vos arbres 🌳 sont de tout beauté ❤
I have a wisteria plant but I don’t know what size it should be and if I should let it grow for the trunk to grow thick or start now
Perhaps post some photos on our forum at www.bonsaiempire.com/forum so we can help you.
❤
Absolutely stunning!!

Nice tree 👍
One of my favorite style when doing bonsai... Thanks a lot for the new knowledge.
Very NATURAL Landscape. Wonderful! Greetings from Australia.
It is, isn't it? Teunis Jan did great :)
Thank you SOOOO much! I just got my Juniper and tried to watch so many videos but they were all very vague, but this was amazingly helpful!! I did wonder how to protect it in 15 degrees Fahrenheit or lower weather? You mentioned that it should be protected, how shall I do that?
Glad it was helpful! And well there's various ways, perhaps search for bonsai winter protection videos - as it depends on your local climate. We have a few videos on the topic as well.
Stunning and very natural looking ❤
Beautiful 🎉
Beautiful work, thanks. Many greetings from Germany, Thomas
Thanks for visiting
Absolutely stunning
Very beautiful! But I think some of the trees are just too good looking to be part of a forest. I would have kept two or three for individual bonsai.😊
Beautiful forest, and a great teacher and explainer. Best bonsai video i have seen in a long time🙏👍
Wow, thank you!
Prachtig Teunis Jan !!
I like it mister, a great bonsai forest ❤❤
So nice of you

Beautiful composition! Thank you for explaining it in so much detail! Having attended several classes at Mr. Klein's bonsai garden, I can honestly say he is one of the best teachers there is. No ego, very supportive, open minded and armed with horticultural knowledge. Cheers
Could not agree more! :)
Beautiful!! And that looked so fun! I hope you will give us an update when it is all leafed out.
I will!
Natural looking slope as if it has always existed under the wind, sky, and rain. It's only going to get more settled as it grows!
Love it!
Fantastic effort, well done!
Glad you enjoyed it!
