Hey Ralph Bob The Mechanic!, I have a question for you, a friend has a 07 Mini Cooper w/manual transmission he says it's sluggish? He already put in new plugs, coils, fuel pump, fuel filter and catalytic converter!, what else can cause the problem?

@@RBTheMechanic Oh, sorry about that what I mean by sluggish is that he tries to rev it up and it takes three or four seconds to respond to the gas pedal, would that be the computer?
