This was honestly the song and reason why I got into Homestuck in the first place and it makes me emotional every time I listen to it now. The song that started the journey up the mountain of a webcomic Homestuck is... If it weren't for this song, I probably wouldn't have gotten closer to three amazing people and I am so glad this song gave me the final push to jump into the thousands of pages of a wild webcomic ride.

This was one of the few flash pages that I experienced while reading live. (I think it was this one and the meenah walkthroughs... i wasn't an active fan for long and fell off during one of the pauses.) The version of Even in Death from roxy:sleepwalk was already one of my favorite and it just felt so cool at the time, especially when the orchestra kicks in at 2:50 or so

this is the character hadron kaleido, who didn't appear in the comic, but was an agent for derse. She and the prospit agent, Mobius Trip, have a lyrical album together called Mobius Trip and Hadron Kaleido, by Michael Bowman and tavia morra. The characters are both canon and ooc at the same time, it's weird.
This is why I LOVE Homestuck. The music is fucking AMAZING.

I NEED to know the name of the musical effect that the violin makes from 2:06 to 2:41. I love it! It just sounds so pretty, bouncing around and playing really fast solo like that. I'v also heard the same effect in "Rather Be".

That's essentially just having a fast melody. There is no 'effect' or musical term, it is simply a melody with low durations of notes.

Actualy, the Prince title is to destroy the aspect. The Bards ability was to destroy through it. Both Gamzee and Eridan made the choices that completed the roles, but they were fated to be like that. Not in a "You're gonna do this, because you were suppose to, by fate!" but because of their choices that made them their titles.
