      I very much doubt that, Alonso left Liverpool when he was too good for them and went off to smash European football at the top level

      @@seemourbutts6679It was about funds. Rafa was ruthless when it came to selling players but his transfer budget depended on it. Alonso wanted to stay, but Rafa wanted money to buy a box to box midfielder as well to solve the issue against low block teams which cost the title, it was big mistake

    He's already building a better legacy in the Bundesliga than Pep has. Winning the League with Leverkusen is a great achievement. Next stop Spain with Madrid and then the Premier League. Just hopefully not Citeh 😅

    dont like leverkusen, but from a neutral point, i think a million per cent, he's made the right decision to stay. he's still a young manager, and learning his trade. if he keeps on this trajectory, jobs at the big clubs will come along. he doesnt need to jump ship now

    I love Xabi but the real answer is hes going to want to manage Real Madrid from 2025 and onwards and im sure there have been some assurances and conversations going on in the background:)
    Thats my theory anyway.

      Raided for who? How many clubs can afford 150m to pay for Florian wirtz. They sold havertz for 75m to Chelski. Which players for Leverkusen will get raided ?
