More people like Pink! Did you know that the Norwegian womens Volleyball team got a fine for wearing the regular shorts that the men are wearing instead of the small underwear looking pants they want the women to wear? And Pink paid it. Because she is a really good human being. Besides being an awesome human being, she is a really talented and grounded musician. I just love her!❤️

I remember the first time I heard this song. The album had just come out and I purchased the CD. 🙃 My husband was in the car with me, forced to listen to pop music. He was so impressed by this song. It completely changed his view of Pink. That whole album was on heavy rotation in our vehicle for months after that without a single complaint from my Tool/Korn loving hubby. 😁

P!NK does what a lot of other artists should do: open our eyes tells the hard truths about life and never forgets that even tho she is famous she is just like the rest of us she reminds us that her fame hasnt made her forget about us

Those signs you pointed out were from the people of the Westboro Baptist Church. They regularly protested the funerals of soldiers and nothing could be done because they have the right to free speech until some motorcycle clubs started making sure they didn't get near the families.

If I’m not mistaken I believe the part where she sings “how can you take your own daughter’s right away” is in reference to one of Bush’s daughters if gay and Bush’s part is often very much against rights for the LGBTQ community, at least I can’t ever recall one fighting for the community, especially not Bush. Pink was very close to going down the wrong path when she was a teenager, luckily she was spotting and ended up in a girl group. Which was he her first sort of stepping stone to making it. She is one of my favourite musicians of all time, one of the hardest working too. I remember a while back when she came to Australia, originally had 4 dates booked, ended up doing like 11 or 12 in 2 trips here for the same tour cause she didn’t want to disappoint fans who just kept seeking out gigs. Fucking legend 👏👏

I wonder if Bush (or any other president) ever sat down somewhere and heared this song on the radio and realized what horrible things he did and allows to happen to other people or if all those politicians just got so emotionally cold that they just don't give a fuck anymore. Or if any of those fathers she described ever heared that line and realized: "I am that father. Why would I do that?" Yet at the same time i know that these kind of songs rarely reach the people who are talked to in the lyrics, because if all those people realized what they do is wrong, these problems wouldn't exist anymore

I'm not against her questions and stance, but doesn't she make more than him? If you're talking about him living in luxury and not experiencing firsthand what a lot of us do each day. She lives in luxury too. Just a fact. Doesn't mean either one of them can't have compassion for what is going on in the world today with or homeless, vets, all the kids going without food etc. What people make financially doesn't make them better than anyone. No judgement here, just thoughts.
