This is such a hard hitting song & to be honest it's still very relevant & not just in the USA. Pink so can really sing with so much passion.
her dad was a viet nam vet. she started out singing protest songs with him. the chicks 'march march' written after george floyd was killed is an amazing protest song. the video to it is everything. to see pink singing, dangling and spinning 45 feet in the air dripping wet live check out her performance of 'gliiter in the air' at the grammies.
Speaking of "The Chicks" you really need to check out their song 'March, March. Another emotional/political anthem. You won't regret it.

Dammit, this will be a total spoiler if you have already reacted to “ Irrelevant”, cause that is the most recent political song she has - in which she stated that she has had death threats because of it. 😳🤬
I’ve been to 5 of her concerts, most recent at a baseball stadium in Omaha, NE with a temp of 173°, and that srong/brave ass woman STILL put on the same type of show she always does.
As soon as ” Irrelevant” started, there were a lot of people who got up to go to the bathroom/concessions. I assume those were the people who didn’t agree with her song. I was in Nebraska after all.
P!nk couldn’t give two shits if people don’t agree with her views, this isn’t anything new, she’s always been this way, and she always will be!
