The marketing for this game was terrible. I love their games and have been waiting forever for this game to release and didn’t even know it released until today
It’s amazing how these people started back when I was little kid and now I’m a full grown adult and their still making bangers that a better than most of AAA games that are coming out now a days

i havent played much but what ive played so far ive really enjoyed. its a lot of fun with friends. i really hope this doesnt get swept under the rug, theres like no one talking about this game and reviews are sparse. i know it just released but this game was in development for years and theres not a whole lot of commotion about it
well, after the release it became the 2nd best selling game on the behemoth's steam page, passing battleblock theater, pit people and only behind castle crashers. There may not be a lot of people talking about it but it certainly is getting players

I can't say I expected to see an Alien Hominid game in 2023. But it does seem to be really well done. I like the style it went for and the gameplay is looking really up my alley as well. It appears there is a lot to it. Hopefully something can be done about the camera in co-op mode. Given that I don't remember a whole lot about the original, I shouldn't be bothered by the differences at this stage. I'll have to consider giving this a good go sooner rather than later. Thanks for the review.
A controller as that is what is highly recommended by the developers to use. There's no precise aiming so using a mouse isn't even really something that you'd use, it would be arrow keys for movement and aiming.
@@adrian8389 you just have to get to it on the map. Look on the map screen's legend to see what the icon for it looks like. It's one of the kids with a hat on. Make your way to it, press A and you go there.
What da fak? This and Alien Hominid HD is a day 1 form me, but only found out now by pure chance. Do those devs hate money or something? Anyways, A classic with couch co-op? TAKE MY MONEY ALREADY!

Just FYI, Newgrounds still exists and thanks to a Flash emulator they use called Ruffle, Alien Hominid (among other classics) is playable :)

Unfortunately you aren't wrong. It seems to really be under the radar. Even Pit People didn't seem to be discussed much.
