Oh, I wish you guys could have stayed in Lisbon one more day, to eat olives and drink Porto wine and try the famous Portuguese cod, and buy some azuleijos as souvenirs! I'm Brazilian, that's why I'd like to visit Portugal and do all those things, they're known as tradition here.

This "Pretzlebread" is everywhere in Germany. It usually has some salt on top and is super tasty. The dough is cooked in saltwater before baking (i believe).
I grew up with it :)
We call it "Laugenbrötchen" or "Laugenstange" btw :D

I have heard so many times that bread in the US is so bad, did you notice any difference in the Portuguese bread?
Absolutely! The bread in Portugal was so moist, airy, and fresh! Bread in the US is a hit or miss...usually very dry in my opinion.

I love this vlog bc I love traveling with my best friend. 🥹 We get so swept up with our own full-time jobs and other obligations that we go for weeks without hanging out. Scheduling a vacation lets us just catch up, relax, and bond even more.
