- This easy and comforting Tikka Masala drumsticks recipe is so tasty and and is perfect for dinner or lunch with rice, chapati , naan or just ass iss on any day of the week.
INGREDIENTS
1 Red onion, peeled and diced
1 Tbs Cumin
Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Chili powder
1 Tsp Tomato paste
6 - 8 Curry leaves
2 Ripe tomatoes, diced
Pinch Fenugreek ( Katsuri methi )
Cilantro to cook and garnish.
This with some naan on the side...yummmmmm
