Yes this is a southern dutch dish. We are making this for decades. It,s called worstenbrood. Also available in every dutch supermarket. I eat it with mustard.. good luck with your channel. You make great recepies

you could also do provolone or mozzarella slice on the inside of the rolled flat bread slice then roll the sausage up and used panko Italian bread crumbs and deep fry to crisp up the breading or bake it 😎😊 . serve with spaghetti sauce aka marinara
