✅ INGREDIENTS:
4 Potatoes
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 eggs
1/2 tbsp butter
Season with salt and black pepper
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Parsley (optional)

1 Potato
1 Egg
Black pepper
1/8 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tbsp Ghee or Butter
Feta
Handful of Spinach
1 tsp chilli crunch
Sprinkle some feta on top (optional)

My dear Sophie. I know that I have seen some of these videos before but as I've said before, I could watch you cook all day. These are absolutely delicious looking. Studied in a Parsi school.in Bombay ,we hadhomescience as a subject, we were taught to make this recipe called it patata pur iddu in Parsi language ,so chop the potatoes cook them in a skillet till tender with salt pepper ,once potatoes are done ,drop 2 eggs on the potatoes cover the lid & cook for a few mnts & lo behold ,so well cooked & tasty right on the cooking gas range ,same was done with chopped Ladyfingers ,which was called in Parsi language as Bheeda pur iddu 😊
