  • This is a pool practice drill that focuses on developing clusters. In this cluster practice routine, the balls are placed in 7 touching pairs which need to be be split in able to clear the table. As you pot the balls you need to be thinking about how you can manipulate the cue ball so that it runs into one of the clusters to break the balls apart. This is a fairly advanced practice drill that requires good cue ball control and an understanding of the angles.
    The shots are carried out on a 7ft Supreme Winner UK 8 ball table

    Nice drill. Another good one is a red ball over every pocket, the black in the middle of any cushion, white anywhere you like. The object is to pot a red and cannon the black on every shot. Clear every red with a cannon on every shot. If you miss the cannon on the black.. reset.

    Could you do a vid on the lag? So vital in certain types of pool (e.g. here in Scotland) and something not covered very much. Cheers.

    Hi getting a pool table end of the month. What's best for lighting did you find don't want to spend a fortune at the moment. Did you go with ceiling lights etc, wattage or anything you recommend for a 7ft supreme. Thanks for your videos have seen them all

      I’ve got a Supreme Led light which I’m very happy with. Obviously more expensive than standard ceiling lights but it’s nice to have that one big diffuse light source directly over the table.

      Looks like plain old master chalk to me, in grey to match the table so no marks

    Is your go pro ceiling mounted?

  • @HillbillyIslandLife
    @HillbillyIslandLife Před rokem

    I take it the order is:
    Any order
    8 ball last

    • @PoolSchool
      @PoolSchool  Před rokem +1

      Yes any order and black last. If you wanted to make it harder still, you could set it up with pairs of reds and pairs of yellows and do one colour set first.

      @PoolSchool good idea. I'll start with the easier one first. Thx. I get bored where I live, so it's nice to find good ideas involving my passion that i can enjoy. Thx!
