what a beautiful dog!!!!!! omg looks like my dogs dad. ( who was a grand champion) thank you for the tips. i have the same finishing spray, and a different dryer, and different shampoo ( same conditioner i think), but hopefully all will go well tomorrow. my aussie is super stinky right now!!! i had shoulder surgery 5 months ago, so i could not take care of him as i normally do. going to southern states, so me and my dog dont freeze our butts off! just to get a bath. but your dog looks soooooo good!!! should be a true show winner.
THANK YOU. I LIVE IN AN AREA WHERE IT IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO FIND A GROOMER, PERIOD. MOST DISLIKE A BIG, SHAGGY DOG LIKE AN AUSSIE. SO I AM GOING TO TRY OUR LOCAL DOG WASH TOMORROW. YOUR VIDEO HAS GIVEN ME A BIT OF CONFIDENCE TO AT LEAST BATH THEM AND A BLOW DRY USING MY BRUSH. THEY ONLY EVER SEEM TO KNOTS IN BEHIND THEIR EARS. I may have missed you say this, but is the water warm? Or are you just using cold hose water? And if so do you notice a difference in how the bath turns out with the difference in temperature?
This just hose water, but in Texas the water is almost always warm. It's 67 degrees today and the water is still warm enough to use. If it gets cold I bathe them inside but you do want to use as cold of water that is still comfortable for them.
