What is the "secret passcode" you referred to at the end when deleting entry passcodes?

The Secret passcode is whatever you have set for the master code in the video I was just hiding the master code that I was using.

hi. are you sure that if i remove the chip of the code this can be restored as factory default . hope you undestand. the person who install this security alarm is died for covid, so we don't have the master code. can you resume the steps about how can i remove the master code, tnks for all.

Yes as long as you open up the box and follow the procedure you absolutely can set a new master code and test it on the spot. If for some reason something went wrong you could always do a trouble call with any local place that works on DoorKing

Or buy a new master key on amazon for 10 bucks.

However, you open the box you still have to reset the master code as shown in the video

If you don't have the manual you should download it it's a free PDF and it will explain the procedure which is pretty straightforward it's pretty straightforward. By the time I finished the video I felt I had stuffed too much information. The video isn't intended to replace the manual just to help you visualize the process.
