    Resha wala Haleem / Daleem Recipe
    Ingredients for Boiled Lentils:
    Wheat grains soaked 1 cup
    Moong daal soaked 1 cup
    Chickpeas soaked 1 cup
    Red lentils soaked 1 cup
    Rice soaked 1 cup
    Mash daal soaked 1 cup
    Water 7-8 cups
    Turmeric 1 tsp
    Ingredients for Garam Masala:
    Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
    Black pepper whole 1tbsp
    Green cardamom 4-5
    Nutmeg 1-2
    Cinnamon sticks 1-2
    Cloves 4-5
    Ingredients for Beef:
    Oil 1/2 cup
    Beef (boneless) 1 kg
    Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
    Cumin powder 1 tbsp
    Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
    Red chili powder 1 tbsp
    Coriander powder 1 tbsp
    Turmeric powder 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Yogurt 1 cup
    Water 4 cups
    Direction for Lentils boiling:
    1. In a pot add water, soaked, wheat grains, moong daal, chickpeas, red lentils, rice, mash daal, and turmeric. Bring it to a boil and cook it until it’s fully done. Now blend it well.
    Directions for Garam Masala preparation:
    2. In a grinder add cumin seed, black pepper, green cardamom, nutmeg, cinnamon sticks, and cloves. Grind them into a fine powder.
    Directions for Reshay Dar Haleem Preparation:
    3. In a pan add oil, beef, and ginger garlic paste and cook it for a minute. Now add cumin seeds, red chili flakes, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, and salt. Now cook it for 1-2 mins.
    4. Now add yogurt and cook it for 4-5 mins. Then add 4 cups of water and cook it for 30 mins or until it’s fully done.
    5. Now separate the beef stock and shred the beef.
    6. Now in blended daal mixture add shredded beef, beef stock, and grinded garam masala and mix it well with a wooden ladder at least for 1 hour.
    7. Your Beef Haleem is ready to serve.
