INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup cooking oil
1 big sliced onion
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
500 gm meat
1½ tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
1½ ltr water
150 gm whole wheat(2 hours soaked)
2 tbsp yellow split peas
2 tbsp pink lentil
2 tbsp split black lentil
2 tbsp petite yellow lentil
1 tbsp split pigeon peas
2-3 tbsp basmati rice
2 bay leaves
small piece of cinnamon
3 tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric powder
2½ ltr water
½ tsp garam masala
fried onions,lemon & green chillies for garnishing
