- I am SO excited to finally share with you my fully furnished, modern, 1 bed, 1 bath apartment tour!! Since we'll be moving to Tampa, FL in less than 1 month, I knew I wanted to get this up so you guys can get some inspiration from this apartment (which I'm really proud of hehe) before the vibe changes when we move. love this apartment! My husband and I were living in West Chester before we got married a few months ago and were paying $1,500 and it was nowhere near as nice as this! We're considering buying a home in Phoenixville 🥰

Cowhide rugs are collectables that you don't sell as they get more and more expensive and give the apt loads of character
There is nothing that you couldn't change in your Apt with a little DYI as really paint , even leather can be changed to give it another Look...Never Change what is Timeless build on your Estectics like putting tamber on Ikea pieces or finds from Facebook market place ...your young collecting even with designers is if you can upgrade something easily do it in the end you'll have a Designer Apt as your eye is good ...in Designing...another piece of advice why sell what can Easily be Given another Esthetic ...

I don‘t get why Americans are constantly moving. or is it just youtubers and instagramers for content? I would really love to know. where I come from people really hate the act of moving and thus stay in their homes for years and even decades 😀
Hahaha I hate it with a passion too but my moves are for personal reasons aside from my work. It is very common though for younger people in the US to move frequently bc often times when you rent an apartment you are in a lease for about a year. After that year is up, a lot of people tend to move. Especially now with the prices in rent constantly increasing, I can understand why people move so frequently!
Some People like new places, lots of people are trying to figure out where they want to settle down, some have different job opportunities in different places, some people lease are up and they may want a bigger place, some people just want to move for a better place. It's not an American thing. Everyone is just different
