When I think about Smoed I think of you Lauren!! You really are the OG of that team and no one can take that away from you! Personally I was looking forward to seeing you on the mat again with Smoed. Your feelings regarding that athlete (we all know who he is lol) being an assistant coach are so valid. That type of situation never ends well. You started that team and you deserve the respect for the years of loyalty, dedication, and time you put! I’m so sorry that happened to you and I hope to see you involved with cheer in the future!!

God bless the Lord loves you more than you can ever imagine so much so that he gave his only son to die on the cross to bear our sins so that we'd be completely pardoned from sin and its eternal consequences if we believe he died for our sins and repent from our sinful and worldly ways(turn from and turn to God) - life is short and our only chance to get right with God, take it ❤ YOU CAN DO IT
Having an assistant coach who is also a member of the team just seems very unprofessional. Tbh I'm surprised this even happened at a program like cali allstars, like this is a gym that's been in the cheer game for a long time it's not like a new team that's testing out the waters. Hopefully they learn from this experience 😕
I've been a smoed Stan and an Eddie fan since day 1 and im so glad it wasn't Eddies fault, because I hope for you guys to keep the relationship you had❤️
I am sorry, how is it that the head coach did not know who was on the team when they won the bid? You have the roster you submitted and competed with and you know ow you can replace up to 5 people. This is not hard to know what you are dealing with…as a coaching staff, they hedged their bet to juggle the 5 spots and compete with the best combination for the team. Was it managed correctly, no…was there some grand conspiracy theory, I don’t believe so. The coaches had to walk this tight rope of potentially replacing up to a maximum of five people. I don’t believe people should look at it as it’s someone’s fault or there’s someone to blame. In the end, she wasn’t part of the five that the coaches felt would give them the best performance.

First, you look amazing!!! Thank you or sharing your experience. Congratulations for finishing law school and making a brave decision to even come to the TEAM AGAIN! I watched you seasons 1-3 (when I retired from cheer myself, and decided to focus on becoming a psychologist). You are such a huge inspiration, especially doing your part to get your skills back (I'm nervous to simply throw a round off backhandspring again). As you finish school I am moving to Cali to start my doctoral program!
The way you spoke about this with grace and so eloquently is just amazing! I’m so sorry this happened to you and I was so excited to see you on that team! You also look beautiful ❤
