    I saw the american version before this one... Brits do humour much more to my liking. I mean... this is just SO dark... perfect...

      I don't think there is any doubt left in the viewer's mind that the RN in the US version is crap at her job and has a host of other issues going on... Having said that, there are some differences between the two versions, as it should be because health care is probably somewhat different in the two countries just due to the NHS vs privatized health care in the US. Both versions have me laughing uncontrollably at times. The UK version is visually more grey and sterile.

      I def found the US version for this scene funnier. Dawn was SO into repeating the Cambodian language and DiDi's was barely trying.

    The American version was chaotic and just neverending, the British version is more natural and toned down. Both are excellent.

    This seems more depressing compared to the American one is better to be honest because we have a famous comedian and an actress who plays along so well together.
