- Hello, I am Jaeho, a trainer and physical therapist.
Upper body and abs workouts that you can do at home without any equipment.
If you think that the exercise load is insufficient, increase the intensity through a weight vest or elastic band.
You'll be able to develop good enough upper body muscles without gym equipment.
There are people who find it difficult to exercise the exercise intensity of the pike push-up, but those people put their feet on a chair or bed and replace it with an incline push-up.
If you want to exercise your shoulders more intensively, we recommend doing shoulder presses using dumbbells and more!
I always say that your routine is the best. I follow every day. And I feel how it like when people start loosing their weight. This a slow process but I will do until I reach my goal

What you call Hip raises Would be much more effective abs workout if you ... 1) do not cheat it by holding hands under butt (out to sides with arms/hands!) ... 2) do them s-l-o-w-e-r... 3) try to turn legs further back when up - best till feet are right over your face! - Those changes will give even your excelle t abs enough workout!
It helps me alot.

One time is enough. If you think it's not enough, it's good to do chair dips or add one triceps exercise.
Hello. How many times a week should you do this workout?
En el caso de la flexión en pica, creo que sería mejor hacerlo solo dos veces por semana por la intensidad del ejercicio. Una flexión de brazos básica 3 veces por semana no será un gran problema. En mi caso, solo hago ejercicios como press dos veces por semana.

Do you have any light dumbbells? For shoulder development purposes, replacing it with a dumbbell shoulder press would be more effective.
