My doctor consistently gave me the wrong medication and ill information. And I wanted to grow with you.
In 2014 the darkness continued with your mixtape, Faces. For a lot of people, this is where their journey with you began. Your honesty about your struggles with expectations, oblivion, death, and substance abuse resonated with a lot of people, including me. I cried over your suffering and wanted to tell you how many people you were impacting.
GO:OD AM was released in 2015 and from the second I heard the alarm clock go off on track 2, Brand Name, I knew you were the only person on earth who knew exactly what I was feeling when I woke up for work on Monday morning. Mac, this album changed my life. The composition was flawless, your lyrics were poetry, and your execution was masterful. You got me through the hardest year of my life.
