Kristin it is extremely healthy for you to “obsess” over a hobby, master it, then move on to something else. Hobbies keep you sane and happy and limits the risk of anxiety and depression. Good for you. You have a new subby! ME! And watching your videos is my new hobby!!

@@roxiroxi7666 Raczej zmodyfikowana chałka. Polska babka (wielkanocna czy piaskowa) to zupełnie inne ciasto niż ta w filmie.

I have my BS degree in nutrition and food science, and lemme tell you how cool it was to have half my homework be anatomy and biochemistry and the other half was how to make bread and other goodies along with the science behind it 😂 this bread baking brought me back to our cooking labs...that room smelled amazing!

Ahh I love this! I remember when I made my first loaf of homemade bread when I was 12 with an apron a family friend taught me to sew and baking has been a fierce passion ever since! Such a sweet family memory. I feel like I'm from little house on the prairie anytime I bake bread
