I have been looking for a CZcams video explaining the basic parts and functionalities of a large baking oven for days in a simple, yet detailed and clear manner for days, so that I can send it to my mom(I intend to gift her one!). Hi, I normally choose the selector for the top and bottom heating rods with convection when baking cakes and bread.

Hi, preheating an oven refers to turning on the oven to a specific temperature prior to baking. In the case of this oven, we turn on the empty oven at least 15 minutes prior to baking.

Hi.i tried to bake cakes with this several times. But failed each time. What is the exact setting for baking a cake. Isnt this designed for baking cakes?
