Worth it. I have a '22 392XR. I wouldn't even consider a Jeep without the 392. I've always loved Jeeps, but thought they were underpowered. When the 392 came out, I had to have it. It is basically an American G Wagon. Puts a smile on my face every day.

totally agree with you. I used to listen to music all the time in my car. Ever since we bought the 392, I only listed to the faboulous exhaust sound-- that is the best music to my ear. This Jeep is a lot of fun and it brings smile to my face every time I drive it.

Love my 392. Like no other Jeep. The hemi gives the Jeep the brawn to match its tough looks.

If you want the same torque (470ft/lb) but without the 12mpg on 91 octane, you can opt for the 4xe Rubicon or Sahara. I'm able to commute to work without using any gas, about 25 miles range per charge, 300 miles of range using the gas engine.

Great review! With my '23 392 XR on order, I'm sure hoping it's worth it. I had a 2016 JK Rubicon, so I'm willing to pay $20K more for a 392 Hemi with 4.56 factor gears and 35's. I also miss my LS3 Chevy SS. Hoping this will fill that void, plus I get an off road monster that's also a convertible. Seems to check all the boxes (except manual transmission). Thanks! Almost at 10K subs!! Good job!

The only vehicle worth buying especially 2024 with all refined and improvements done to it.

My heavy Tacoma TRD PRO only gets 15mpg.

Yes if you’re looking for power. Will run you double that if swapped outside of factory and you keep warranty. However if you don’t care for power or 10 mpg then no.

I don't even get 13mpg in my stock 5.7 jgc trailhawk in all city driving. You must not hit many stoplights. I get about 12. If I had a 392 I'd guess I'd be at about 10 or 11 max in city. I get about 10 city in my built 4.6 tj wrangler. That said, the price is worth it if it's what you want and you can afford it. I want one badly, but just not in the budget currently.
