Its quite unbelievable seeing how healthy Nikocado once looked before he started his mukbang career.
He was actually very underweight

Fun fact! Mukbangs are NOT people eating a ton of food. Mukbang is a thing from Korea. Koreans are used to eating together with families but as they move out and don’t get to eat with others, people can feel lonely and depressed. So Mukbangs are where people eat over video chat with other people online so you can eat with others and not feel alone.

Ooof I've been there. I was pregnant and working. I was put on bed rest so I was waiting for the disability check to come in. So we literally ate every bit of food we had until our cupboards were bare. We were lucky because I had wic, but it's not enough for 2 people. My sons dad was paying all the rent and pge. So my money was for groceries. I was too ashamed to go get food stamps. But a friend convinced me to do it because I was pregnant and needed food. I'm in a much better place now 13 years later. But I do remember that. Hope you're doing better now.

He was only skinny bc he binge ate low calorie stuff here and there instead of every single day huge meals. He eats like for a whole family.. love that he’s crazy and embraces us, but it’s not great for his physical or mental health
The only way you could do a mukbang every day and still stay in decent shape is if you ate high quality food in your mukbangs with proper portioning and vegetable requirements while doing a crazy intermittent fasting protocol like 4 hours a day of getting your caloric intake in on top of working out consistently minimal 3-4 times a week
He's just a troll playing a character, a very unlikable character. I used to watch some of his lives on younow and some of his earlier mukbangs on YT, he was a completely different person, even enjoyable to watch. I haven't been able to watch his CZcams stuff for a couple yrs, it's just too bizarre for me. I think he'd be much more successful if he just acted like his normal self instead playing this out if control nutbag he thinks is going to get the most attention and make him the most money. It obviously hasn't been bringing in the dough in recent years bcuz he started that nightmare OnlyFans content after the Ad-pocalypse. Thank you for mentioning that it’s the food doing this to him. So many people don’t actually notice the correlation between his behavior and his diet.
