In June of 2003 I was involved in a quad wreck while at a organized race. I spent 5 months on a respirator and nearly a year total in the Hospital at Louisville Ky. Jewish and U of L trauma center. I am very lucky to be alive. I broke 7 vertebra in my neck and am now a paraplegic. All the Neurosurgeons told me that I'd never walk again but I proved there asses wrong! Now I still have a paralyzed right hand and deal with more pain on a daily basis than most endure in a lifetime. But I'm damn grateful to have been able to raise my son who was 2 years old at the time! Glad you're ok dude but wear a Fuc*ing helmet!

Helmets are absolutely made for a reason and not wearing one at anytime on any motorized bike is foolish. But in a drag race on asphalt one a 350cc 2stroke ( with mods ) Banshee is just silly.,. I’ve done it and on asphalt on the same quad but I don’t even ( maybe if I’m working on one and testing) ride around my ride anymore without a helmet!

My Brother took a ride on his four wheeler without his helmet. Ended bad broken pelvis concussion and memory loss. Helmet Tommy it won't slow you down.

I had bad road burn once years ago. The worst part is when they have to clean out the loose debris. I believe that is what EMS tech was doing when Billy was wincing.
I learned young, clean the wound as soon as it happens, that’s when it hurts the least, even a couple years ago, sliced my arm wide open under the dash of a car and was squirting blood everywhere, just barely missed an artery but I thought i hit it, used my belt to slow the gushing and while I was waiting for the ambulance I washed it up. Grossest injury I’ve had, was 4 stitches to close my wrist up and dr. said I missed the artery by probably less than a mm..

Yea they just made huge massive changes to their program over winter and spring and this is exactly why billy been putting it off because it's a long learning curve sorting out all the issues from top to bottom he coulda been faster and more consistent like last year staying same degree sbc and carb instead of going EFI and a lighter aluminum sbc and The Nova is new for him to... He's finally started getting to work with it without chasing issues and can finally chip away the e.t/r.t.
They will be back to their normal consistent self

You have such a great mom and she sure is a cutie. My awesome mother got mine cancer when I was 19 and was in great pain for 5 years until she passed. So just remember they can be gone before you know it so latch onto them tight. I Miss her so much.

Billy you know that our buddy John from Crum WV down here damn near got killed on a Banshee because it hung wide open but one piece of advice...always keep you right foot on the back brake pedal so you can hit it and slam the front back down and feather the clutch. Glad your ok bud🤕

Too late for this season, but next year rule change has to be made .. NO more clipless cars. Every car must compete with front fenders, bumper, grill, and hood. One piece glass nose is acceptable. Car must be complete in appearence! .02

Billy, If the Banshee has factory carbs, I've seen where the air vent is blocked because the retainer that holds the throttle cable could be installed backward. that means the slider doesn't have airflow to return. Just rotate it 180 degrees to open up the air vent Let me know if that helps
