Hats off to that body shop. When he first got them I thought he seemed confident and I cannot believe they turned out so good. You'd think it would be easy making something look legit old but it takes a good experience, skills, and eye to recreate all of that artificially. Great job body shop, nailed it.

Beautiful work on the paint, and yes.....the fenders/doors make the truck have that perfect original patina look. Also the stance is nice . Weight bias is great but don't forget the driver isn't in the truck when weighing it. Btw how level is the floor? (Just a thought.)The garage banter with boosted is second to none 😄. Your following is big enough and most of your fleet seems like they would be great on drag and drives , hook up with cleet and get a shine from 1320. You would kill it on merchandise and bring a lot of new eyes to the channel. I wanna see the falcon the s10 , however many mustangs are in the crew lol. Just seems like a massive opportunity and Tommy's videoography is at a level that supercedes most racer channels
I've been telling the Old Man that for a while now. It's the fastest way to get Subs and sell merch and get sponsors there are 23 drag and drive events now. Racing in Mexico don't get huge subs. You want sponsors and exposure either go on RMRW or Sick Week and have Tommy and Allison film it and post daily vids. Racing in Lower Spovonia in a Cow Pasture dodging cow patties on the track at a pour your own puddle event is not going to produce a viral video. Cleeter makes more $$ blowing up a brand new Godzilla Engine on Sick Week and filming the rebuild than 100 small channels will make all year. Even if he posts something stupid like running a Steve Morris engine for 30 seconds with no oil in it makes him $$$.

Great job on the truck. Your painter it a true artist and craftsman. I hate cars that have all different body panels. I know it don’t effect performance. But if a guy don’t care how his car looks then he really doesn’t care how safe it is or how it runs. I’m not saying you need a show car, but now this truck doesn’t look like it was thrown together at the last minute. 300lbs is a huge number. Plus a 50/50 scale?? This truck is going to break a lot of hearts and I love how you stayed with a old school SBC. A engine originally designed in the 1950’s with the 265 V8. This is what Hot Rodding is all about for me. Congratulations Billy. Looking forward to see this truck get down.

The s-10 has never looked better. It’s sitting right and weighing lighter. Old timer told me back in the early 90’s every 100 lb is a tenth of second. Thanks SRC for another great video 👍! Do you think you will have to make any adjustments to rear suspension with it being lighter?

I found this channel way back because I was looking for turbo small block Chevy builds. I was trying to find a new spark to get myself to get my.Nova back on the road with a few more horsetorques under the hood.
