- Recently we gave our brand a long-awaited refresh, adapting it to the digital-first world. In collaboration with Hvíta húsið, inspiration was drawn from all over e.g., our uniforms, Icelandic nature, and the northern lights, as we aim to continue bringing the spirit of Iceland to the world in everything we do. We are thrilled with the result as the Icelandair brand now inhabits the digital space even more harmoniously than before.

Is there a new/updated in-flight safety video for Icelandair? Even if it’s more akin to the 2014 safety video (czcams.com/video/6F99x4ngp6w/video.html).
Looks more modern but the colours look cheap. Like a Low Cost Airline as Wizzair or so.
Thankfully, it's anything but a low cost airline.

I'm guessing their cargo planes will be painted in the same scheme, so maybe a uniform design is the whole idea.
In the flight form Iceland to France. One of flying attendant's hip spilled hot coffee on my legs. And later she gave me two Chocolate bars saying sorry with smile. And I told her that choco bar never solve anything. you should have asked me If I didn't get hurt. then she was offended and said 'okay'. ..! I was sitting in the first low. and the agent was sitting directly in front of me, stretching her legs and giggling with other agent. Is that something like cultural difference or just insane thing? I do understand they do have different CS mind regarding economic, social circumstances or more. but. this.. IDK. Racism?

How about you start by contacting the airline via official means instead of dropping weird comments on CZcams?
