You can never go wrong with Crowns
Such a nice fridge I love it ❤
4WD fridge
Jumped right on this notification. Crowns are the best.
Agreed...but I'm biased (JZS171 owner)
Never expected to see you here dude, love your content.
@@iceemann55 ♥️
@@ef7andapp170 I agree I've got a vx. Probably going to be my last car in all honesty.
How I wish Toyota still made cool wagons like these
new corolla looks pretty dope, but yeah not really as cool.
@@DjordyDonopawiro So glad the Corolla still has a wagon variant. If only the Camry, Crown and Lexus sedans still had them as well.
Yeah, the new Camry is nice looking.
Didn't know they did a 4wd, I'm sold!
If the new owner doesn't want those wheels...I'll gladly take them 😉
The best days are the ones where you wake up to a PCA upload.
Saw this in my recommended, glad CZcams knows what I like! This one looks really really good. Great review!
Super jealous of those Canadian they only have to wait 15 years while we in the United States have to wait 25 years
Not all canada us in quebec are stuck at the 25 years also
Man these are super cool. Imagine this in manual form, going sideways!
Fairly rare with a black interior.
Gorgeous car! I can't wait to see it on Canadian roads!
The last Mark II wagon that was around the same time as this Crown was rear-wheel drive. The later Camry-based wagon that replaced them was a Mark X. The Mark II wagon and Mark X sedan overlapped for a few years, though, which is odd.
Anyway, I want one of these.
Thanks for pointing this out.
The one I was talking about was the "Mark II Qualis".
The "Mark II Blit" is rear wheel drive wagon, but it became a tall boy and kind of doesn't fit in the "station wagon" pocket in my mind. You are right though.
I remember seeing one of these at a car meet in Toronto. It was a 1JZ Turbo, really sick looking car
Tip top condition toymota....cheers Derek.
Always love a good wagon
Gorgeous! This is my next import once its legal in the States!
Cool and great looking car
why didn't you say about the external mirrors by (probably) Prova?
blue ones should be aftermarket or a dealer option.
Man, that thing would be sick to convert to turbo!
How i wish I could own one. Japanese toyotas from the late 80s 90s and early 2000s are the best.
Amazing !
That's a cool wagon.
WoW. Great car ‼️
is the gtfour rc for sale ? beautiful car !
Needs more Stagea.
wow...you guy's are still on business. Haven't heard of you in a while.
can you disable 4wd on these?
never knew they made a wagon/estate version of the crown
Sweet wagon.
Looking for this exact car
Did you get rid of the Car transport?
Yes but I was really too busy to tell the story on video or anything. Gosh, I need a production manager to help me get cool videos out.
This is soo goddamn cool
Question about cameras: I'm wondering from your experience why a somewhat high-end DSLR is used for the video and photo reports? I've seen some other car channels have been switching to using iPhone or similar smartphone as their camera. To me, this seems great if you're doing mainly point & shoot, plus they are less expensive and come with all the other utility of a smartphone. This is a fantastic Crown as well, nicely bought.
It's a good question but one that would take a long time to answer. I think that the biggest thing for me is that a higher end camera gives better control over everything. This is important to consider- even small efficiencies build up a lot over many many vehicle reports.
Its true, the camera hardware on a smartphone is very much in the hands of the software and not the user. And audio is something I hadn't considered either. Something to be said for being able to upload directly to CZcams or dropbox from the device though. There again this is coming from someone with next to 0 DLSR experience!
nice vehicle. yeah manual transmission went out with rotary phones.
Ahh damn ive fallen in love with that car
Me too
@@PacificCoastAuto Me three.
hi! do you know how to ship to Myanmar (Burma)? and is it available to ship to myanmar?
I'd say right now is a bad time to try. Car imports were outright banned the las time the military had control.
@@PacificCoastAuto i see. after all these happening are gone, do you think the cars can still be shipped?
It's a shame they never made the VX version in the estate. I love my VX though 😍
What does vx mean
0:21 why is there a bunch of bipedal turtles on a hike in the background

15k$ for a transmission swap? I'm sure there must be a cheaper way to do it, if not as well made of course.
The same company charges $5000 for a JZX90 and $6000 for a JZX100. There must be something tricky about this one.
And I have seen a few at auction with the five speed. some have been cheap ($8000) while others not so much ($17,000).
I'd imagine the AWD would make things much more complicated. The RWD models are easy to swap
And just WHY they didn't import this beauty to the US ?!!? Would have given Subaru a run for there money, the 4 WD version of this !
My guess is that it was too expensive to manufacture and people were already buying enough Camrys at a fraction of the build cost.
Не чего не понятно но у меня такой-же.
What about the price of one like this one. 10,000 to 15,000 +/- C/DOLLAR
Depending on condition, ya about 10k-ish by the time it’s passed provincial inspection and ready to be insured. The Turbo 2wds tend to be a couple grand or so more than that. And the Na 2wds tend be a couple grand less.
@@jeffroberge If you get lucky at auction it could be significantly cheaper
Oh for sure. Japan auction is the way I went and total landed cost was quite a bit cheaper than the prices mentioned above. (Hint: the Crown in this video is my Crown and I couldn’t be happier... unless it also had a Turbo, lol).
@@jeffroberge oh dude that's awesome, how much can I expect to win one for at auction? I'm on the hunt for an AWD one right now, there's not many clean ones out there
Hard to say for sure, with the current car market, but I won this one for about 180k yen back in January. The wheels probably added some cost but the auction sheet said the rear hatch didn’t open so that might have kept the price down a bit.
Say it with me…”sell-ih-kuh”, not “sea-lee-cuh”
This video is way better with the audio. The last one was terrible.
Oh my god. My favourite estate.
These are used as hearse in our country. What a waste
It's not a waste if care what car you are carried away in.
