I follow the same thing, but when I click on base button, it won't insert the drawing, it keeps asking for object corner. I keep clicking in many corners but nothing. please let me know what would the problem and how to sort it out
RE: 3d to 2d conversion tutorial. This is not working. After selecting BASE/FROM MODEL SPACE, I do not get the note: "Enter new or existing name to make current" I instead get Move model prompt.
When I click on "From Model Space" it select the move command rather then "enter new or existing layout". Kindly help me what should I do (AutoCad 2024)
What if the model is long but need to present in bigger scale and won't fit in the paper space, in oldways will have multiple viewports cuts in different parts of the model like for instance steel beam will show only the important part where there is connections, how do you present that using this 3d to 2d technique?

I do it hard imagining drawing a complex box in 2d world, so I thought to draw it as 3d model in some software like autocad, then maybe I can get the parts as 2d to import in CorelDraw .. it is directly possible? or with some workaround? can you point me on how to learn to do it?

on the view tab I can't find it, is that on because I am using mac?
Are you talking about the "Base" option? If yes, then it's true. It's not available on mac devices as well as softwares with 32 bits
