There wouldn’t be any difference in sound , All the overpriced exhaust is , is a hollowed out muffler, witch is strait pipes no muffler sounds exactly the same.

There’s definitely a difference in sound. I won’t disagree that they’re overpriced but it for sure changes the tone. If you can’t tell the difference you don’t have much of an ear for it I guess.

I just did this today and dang it sounds good. Definitely woke my 5.3 up. You are 100% right on needing to lift the rear up to get clearance for the exhaust I tried at first to get the stock exhaust out without lifting the back up and it’s impossible without cutting. I’m ready for people to forever say I have a tiny pecker now cause of how good this truck sounds. Haters will hate

Sounds awesome! Also, I know this is kind of random but a cold start actually has nothing to do with the outside temperature. It just means the engine isn’t at normal operating temperature.
I just put an AWE 0FG on my 2021 6.2 RST this past weekend. I love it. Good choice going with AWE IMO.

sounds good , looks good 👍 muffler size affects the drone , smaller is louder bigger is quieter , just depends on what a person likes , you can run true duals with X pipe and not have drone , just depends on what mufflers are used

What’s your wheel and tire set up how much of set and how big rims and tires and if you have a leveling kit?
The 6.2 have the AFM system? My Denali has it and the sound is weak when it kicks in.

exhaust sound great!!!had to add the pulsar to my 2021 at4 because it was making that horrendous sound when normal driving, kinda upset you have paddle shift on steering wheel🥲 we got to meet up one day👍

Anyone here with a 2022 gmc sierra with front noises Just when you take off .. at lowe speed?? Its making a sound like a bad rotor o bearing i take my truck to the agency and they told me they didnt Hear sht.. and they check tires removed them etc. And nothin out of normal. But i Still can listen. It only do it when im in a red light example and i realise the brake and start accelerate the front pilot tire start making a sound as the tire spins..
After the lift settled what was the final height? Also black looks so sick trying to decide between white or black rst and I think going with the murdered out look

Still think you should have gotten the 6.2L but for that 5.3L, it does have some growl to it with the AWE system on it. Sounds good bud.

Dennis told me that they are still waiting for HP Tuners to unlock the pcm's on the refresh trucks before they can verify the tuning and stuff. They have em ready to go just waiting on HP Tuners.

I’m thinking about one of their exhausts for my Ram. Over 2K with shipping though, being from Canada.
For the RAM just do a muffler delete. The resonators and 3 converter are good enough for rest of system. Did it to my 2020 ram 5.7 and sounds like a 1k system. Cost me $50 at local muffler shop. Did the same thing to my 5.3 refresh silverado and sounds like this system on the video. For me though the chip shortage made my truck full V8 all the time. No DFM so exhaust sounds good.

Sounds good, but I rather go with the Borla S-Type or Atak. Not worth the extra money. I have heard both, AWE and Borla . Save your money and go with Borla. AWE needs to have more competitive prices.
