onion - 1 piece
oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
garlic - 2 cloves
butter - 30 g (1 oz)
rosemary - 5 g (0.18 oz)
white wine - 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
To fry 20 min
puff pastry - 400 g (14 oz)
pork tenderloin - 500 g (17.64 oz)
oil - 30 ml (1 fl oz)
dried rosemary - 5 g (0.18 oz)
salt - 10 g (0.35 oz)
black pepper - 5 g (0.18 oz)
parmesan - 150 g (5.3 oz)
ham - 100 g (3.5 oz)
pressed cheese - 300 g (10.6 oz)
eggs - 1 piece
black sesame seeds - 5 g (0.18 oz)
white sesame seeds - 5 g (0.18 oz)
Tray size 20x30 cm (8x12 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/40 minutes
