Easy HOMEMADE Jujubes | Simple Gumdrops | Gummy Candy

Today we are going to be making these soft and chewy Jujubes/Gumdrops, with simple ingredients, which are so easy to make at home! These Jujubes/Gumdrops make a wonderful homemade gift to share with someone for Christmas!

1¼ cups (300ml) Water
3¼ tbsp (30 grams) Gelatin, unflavoured
2½ cups Sugar, white granulated
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Fruit Extracts

@@PawMom101 Use citric acid (AKA Vitamin C). It can sometimes be found in supermarkets by the name "sour salt" under the spice isle, or ordered online. Either add the citric acid directly to the mix with the other flavors, or combine the citric acid with the coating sugar to coat the candies. Be careful not to overuse it, since it's very strong.
Bonus: add a smaller amount of citric acid to non-sour flavors to make them refreshing. It's why lemonade is so refreshing!
