Easy 20-MINUTE Honey Garlic Chicken | Delicious Chicken Thigh Recipe

- 6 Chicken Thighs (skinless, boneless)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1tbsp Vegetable Oil
For the Sauce
- 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup (80ml) Honey
- 1/4 cup (60ml) Chicken Stock
- 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
For Plating
- 1 Green Onion/Scallions, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- Boiled Rice
- 1 cup Broccoli, steamed

How many bread slices are used??
I am going to make these as a drop off meal for a family with a new little one. One quiche is a quick meal for mom and with a big salad and some crusty bread it’s a nice meal.
Very nice recipe, but the only time I made it was when I did the 7 min rice and transferred it to a different pot with the chicken mixture, and the rice wouldn’t cook anymore, even after closing the lid properly, any tips? Thanks
Could not quite catch the weight of the chocolate chips wish to make the fudge for a WI show it will be judged.
