Then you shouldn't be eating steak at all as most people who enjoy steak enjoy it this way - in fact, for some, even the steak on the video would be over done, but I like it the way Wendy made it.. Usually, steak is very expensive to buy. The moment you cook it to well done, you have just ruined a very expensive piece of meat by making it tough, dry and tasteless. If you want well done beef, then buy cheaper cuts and make a stir fry.
