We found a Small Town outside of Tampa Florida that is Incredible and near the beaches too! Hidden in plain sight, Dunedin Florida has charm, it’s got walkability, and easy access to beaches and boating. It’s destination living at it’s best!!
I love everything about Dunedin Florida. With hyper development happening all over the Tampa Bay area, sometimes you just want to slow things down. It’s such an exciting place to live with everything the area offers and so in today’s video, you can expect to learn a little about the history here, the current vibe, we will talk real estate, I’ll take you through downtown, Mainstreet, and show off the nearby beaches… and I’ll do my best to share all the amazing things you would enjoy as a resident.

We live in Dunedin and it is wonderful. We are more inland in the only gated community in Dunedin.
