What a beautiful idea! Ok, so.... how would I sew a pocket into the drape? 😁
Hi Angelica, you can add a pocket while draping the design or after. If it's hidden in a side seam I would just mark where you want the pocket and insert while sewing. Or if it's a decorative pocket on the outside of the dress - sew the pocket and press under the seam allowances, then handstitch to dress. That would be my preference :)

Sometimes in watching this person do her thing it seems she is not the one that done the sewing because it never turns out like the sample. I think she has a crew that helps and they are the real sewers.
Well Brenda, I hate to disappoint you, but I am the sewer. The only sewer for all my samples shown on all my videos and episodes of It's Sew Easy tv. The finished samples are often different fabrics and I can sew them in my own studio on my own time, versus live tv here with a time crunch. Let me know if you can find me a sewing crew, would love that! :)
