Your 27 years old, which mean your an adult. The top prio would be Alex who supported you all this time and go low or no contact with your family for a while. You will feel better and the relationship with Alex will increase. Also make clear bounderies when you starting to have contact with your family. Your love to the family will always be there but the most importen is they have to treat you much better then before or they will face the consecquenses. Stay strong!
