The mum taking her own notes during the interview is the most mum thing ever.
Perhaps a grocery list
Very underrated comment
Lmao I love that this is completely true and apparently cross-cultural mom behavior 😂
She has to keep up with her lies somehow
And the award for unnecessarily cynical comment goes to...
Even if you did think she was lying, you saying you think she’d document her lies on a notepad, in a police station, during the interview, all while being filmed... what?!?
"I'm a Dr. She's dead cold on the floor." 911 operator: "Is she awake?"
IKR I be hating some of the stuff and questions they ask. But they try to just keep the conversation going as much as possible so that person making the phone call is present once police make it to the scene, ig for possible involvement in the case/situation
That part had me like huh?! Hahahaha 🤣. Like, did you not just hear him say he was a Dr.?
This is a standard question for 911 dispatchers. Woo isn’t matter if someone was rotting for a month, they ask the question.
Why even have a dispatcher if they're gonna ask silly questions 💯 How about just set up like a text an ambulance or text a cop service instead.
Emergency operators in the U.S. are often not good at their jobs. Some operators sound bored or impatient, some are rude to the caller, some even do not send out any help, which leads to terrible tragedies. I am sure there are good despatchers out there. But some of them are not good. Is it because they work long hours, have bad rotas, don't get enough time off, all leading to tiredness? Or are they just not properly vetted and trained?
The fact that before she died...she looked up at the man beating her and asked "why"...is heartbreaking
I kr
Goose 1302 Even more heartbreaking is the fact that he continued to club her after she had asked him ''Why''. What a bloody monster he is.

The mom crying about the alarm broke my heart.
Indeed...
Absolutely that was heart breaking poor lady
@DaToNyOyO so can my mom, doesn't mean she isn't upset. She probably just wants to hide it as quickly as possible because it's too painful.
@DaToNyOyO Exactly, which is why I don't believe it.
@@Fluffy-Fluffy Actually that's exactly what it means.
That poor Mother who blames herself for not setting the security alarm...
@Joan Gifford exactly! It's so sickening! At least give the family and children some sort of closure knowing he's a slight bit remorseful!
@Joan Gifford wasn't her mother?
@@MyMEGAamazinglife1 Broke my heart seeing her cry blaming herself for her daughter-in-law's death.
What a horrible thing to carry on your shoulders bless her.
She didn't no what her son would do.
Also unrealistic considering even if the alarm was set the husband would of told the killers the code. But, it’s probably easier as a mother to live with that guilt than the reality that your child killed his wife. The guilt of having one of your children kill someone innocent while you still love them is way worse than blaming yourself for someone’s death.
@@camvin575 most definitely! I hope she has come to terms with the fact that it's not her fault.
I feel sorry for the woman that initially got blamed. Abusive bosses are awful.
Yeah, sounds like the doc was a real jerk.
Yeah, she was abused by an awful boss that even in death tormented her
The doc was a con artist. Anyone who graduated med school and opens a holistic practice knows they're selling lies.
Are you people serious? A couple of shitty employees make a comment about how they didn’t like their boss and this is the comment you have? Especially considering she was murdered? Low-lifes.
The way he said "mommy" and "daddy" in his statement to the court gave me a visceral reaction of disgust. It just sounded so wrong.
For real! That made my skin crawl!
Purely emotionally manipulative, as if anyone will buy his crap by tugging on heartstrings...
Hey, it works for the top tier of society, the trickle down influence of the dishonorable and evil, in the playbook
@ClockworkTrilobite
It sounded purely manipulative to me. He was not fooling anyone, though, thankfully. I hope his kids never forgive him and never visit him in prison. I hope he knows they are out there living great lives without him.
That statement was just so self-serving- he pleaded for his life because of his daughters..? Yeah, no. It would’ve been better had he said nothing.
Dr. Friend: "She's cold and dead on the floor."
911: "Could you please pass her the phone"

Luis Vieira well he did not say as a door knob.
I found a man shot 5 times on my Rd here about 25 mins away and they asked me the same shit. Ma'am how do know he is dead? SWEET JESUS JUST TRUST US WHEN WE SAY THEY ARE DEAD! then the freaking lady wanted me to see if he had a pulse!!!!! WHHHHHATT? THIS MAN WAS MURDERED AND U WANT ME TO TOUCH HIM?!?! WOW! ONLY IN FLORIDA! SO SAD...
"The back of her head is all bashed in with a hammer." "Is she awake?"
To be fair, you can survive a LOT of injury. The guy didn't say she was dead, just her injury and that she was on the floor. The operator also needs as much information as possible to relate to police (or so that police hear, because I think sometimes cops are on the call once dispatched) so that police can be aware of the situation. And is an ambulance needs to be dispatched.
To be fair to you, it was a kind of comically timed question for viewers.
@John Jay , Shakespeare.
I hate 911 operators.

He is willing to let his mom feel guilty for the alarm. Evil personified.
M Detlef you missed the point. He was going to let his mother feel guilty. That she made a mistake. Got her daughter in law killed. You have to be horrible inside to do that to your own mom. How is that stupid ?
M Detlef really ? I’m stupid because I don’t think a psychopath would ever admit his guilt ? Especially to his family? Also, how do you know that would ever happen? Are you psychic? Doubtful. The saddest thing about betrayal is that it never comes from your enemies.
That's the definition of betrayal, lol.
I catch your drift. Usually people who don’t like you make it obvious and it isn’t those people who you think would hurt or sabotage you, it’s the person smiling in your face.
Enemies will never betray you because they tell you exactly what to expect. They give you no trust to betray.
those who don't know you won't hurt you
How can an enemy betray you? They're already your enemy. What? Lol

Yeah. It hurts.
Yes so sad
Really? The hammer to back of her head isn't the saddest part? What's the second saddest part? They couldn't get the blood stains out of the carpet?
@@monsterchad77 The horror and tragedy of the circumstances of this woman's murder in no way discount or are discounted by the tremendous sadness of young children growing up having lost both parents, never entirely sure if their father is guilty or not but only aware that he too stands to lose his life in this dark story, and that it is most likely he arranged for their mother's brutal murder - paid for by a comparative pittance. Surrounded by a grieving, conflicted (but also probably very loving and protective) family which is likely both splintered and in a state of shock... why do you pose this awful situation as a choice between horrible circumstances? All this sadness exists simultaneously. It is all concurrently true.
Don't be reductionist, or simplistic. You're probably way smarter than that. The victim's horror had an end point, awful as it all was. The families' - and especially the children's - may not. But both are very, VERY sad.
Chad Travis
I can honestly say that if I was murdered right now, I’d want everyone to focus on my baby first before focusing on me or my killer. I can’t imagine my 14 month old being raised without me. Yeah, my death is sad, but my child growing up without me is even sadder. No one is going to love and take care of my daughter the same way I do. No one will help her out in life and provide for her the same way I would.

The killers testimony was so heartbreaking as he described her fighting for her life. I served 29 years in the Army and will never understand why or how a person could do this to someone.
money of course. $4 million tax free
Did you ever have to kill anyone in active duty? Sorry it just seems a strange juxtaposition to say you were in the Army for 29 years but don't understand how ppl can kill, isn't that what you're trained to do? Either way I hope you're well looked after as a veteran.
It just shows that evil is alive and doing well....
I don't know what you serving 29 years in the military has to do with anything but thanks for your service.

Michelle I this is exactly what I felt and thought and my name is also Michelle 😯🤧😔
Yes! It even brought tears to the murderer. And, did or didn't he say, "I never killed anyone with a hammer before" yet his nickname was "hammer"??
@@forevermetal2464 have you ever hit your thumb with a hammer, or watched your local male trained in handymanning hit his? I figure this guy does a bit more damage than that, but under fully murderizing people. Somewhere in that scale of things.... Either way, it would probably leave a reminder of when you were hammered on a bit, and he just hammered away on people as deemed necessary (I'm sure that is all financial based).
But, I see where you're coming from I think. Remember Tanya "The Kneecapper" Harding? She didn't even do the actual blunt force knee replacement on poor Nancy, and she's stuck with that title for life hopefully.
Michelle I Yes that is heartbreaking after Curtis said she said “why” he also said he felt bad because he thinks she said that because he looks just like her husband. So she may have thought her husband killed her at the end of her life which I believe in a way he did.
Yeah that was rough to hear. She knew she was at her end, and all she could do was ask a question she probably knew she would never get the answer to.
I’ve learned to never get a life insurance policy from these episodes
Naaah. That is truly a death sentence 💀! Also it is super annoying they don’t have some kind of laws for this. Like something so ppl would stop killing for it. :(
Nah! If you have dependents you should definitely get one. Just never ever ever ever tell anyone about it. Not a spouse and definitely not said dependents.
I mean, there are cases where the person doesn't even know that she was put into a life insurance policy, people can fake signatures
It's something you do but should keep it strictly between yourself, Solicitor and God. Accidents also happen.
I’d get insurance, but only tell my spouse it was for $5000 to cover burial expenses. Of course, people will murder for far less. I’d also set up a irrevocable trust that would protect my kids. You gotta protect your kids’ futures. Unless they’re little vipers. We’ve seen kids who murder their parents too!

That is NOT the girlfriend’s first time in an interrogation room. Sis immediately looked at the camera. 😂
Can I ask what your profile pic is? I can't figure it out. It looks like Howard stern dressed as prince.
Honestly... She might be acting bored but she's rolling on her on bf to police. She has no reason to---she doesn't need immunity, she wasn't involved, so she has no personal stake in telling the cops this. I looked it up and this case took years to go to trial and she agreed to be involved in that long process. Watch her testimony. She's years older and still rolling on *her boyfriend*. She's a badass and put herself thru all that harassment, danger, everything.. just to do the right thing. Who cares if she yawned and looked at the camera. I do that kind of stuff when I have low blood sugar, esp if a migraines coming on. She gets my applause.
Oh and if you watch her testimony it also gives context to why she's yawning. She has I think 4, maybe 5 kids... So she's a busy mom. And they did this interview late at night after interviewing her and searching her home all day. So she's pretty tired. She's still spilling all this when she doesn't have to. Sorry I'm not trying to be sassy to you in particular or even towards Mike!
She might be one of us. Honestly, I think if I were in an interrogation room for something I didn't have involvement in myself I'd look up at the camera and say "Don't forget to like, comment and subscribe" just so that some future youtuber watching could use it in their video.
The camera is visible and usually pointed out to suspects to create unease. She's looking at it mindful that her words have more impact than just in this room. IMHO.

True, but at least their mother secured their future since the 4 million in life insurance passes down to them now.
@@viralcompile5215 I sure hope so.. with the way insurance companies seem to fight tooth and nail to not pay out on every other issue, you do wonder. For all her put-upon attitude and boredom, she basically turned out to be a dream interview for the police. Must have realized she didn't want to be the Hammer's next nail.
@@MatanuskaHIGH you sound like an idiot ngl
Those poor girls. They lost both parents because of greed.
Also, when he was reading back his notes to the court... I didn't see a single tear or sign of true remorse.
Never heard of this case until now, nice coverage Mike!
I think it was beyond greed. It wasn't just about money. $4 million is good motive to kill someone but if you listen to other facts there was more to it than just the money.
@@DeViLzzz2006 yes, I agree with that. I just feel the $4 million was the final push to take it so far.
@@sadeeb7664 not usually one to victim blame, but since it's such a sin to speak ill of the dead, the fact that family and friends were still being real about how she wasn't the nicest person tells me the money might not have been the thing that pushed him to the edge
John Rankin I didn’t hear her family or friends say she wasn’t a nice person ? They said she was generous and always tried to help people
@@MsFifi11c well then you may need to listen better because it's mentioned a couple of times
Ok, so I just happened onto your site and decided to watch. Hummm...pretty good and I was intrigued by your humor, those ‘looks’ (eye winking etc) , objectivity, and in general your great format. So started watching on a regular basis. I’ve watched many and have subscribed and love watching you! And may I dare mention I love your look; red hair, glasses, face, and not to forget your great accent! I’m definitely a fan!! Keep on keeping on!!
The lady throwing Sandra under the bus is something else. Florida people!!
Ok but the way the girlfriend kept looking at the camera freaked me out lmao
Same I had to look away 😂 just listened to the interview
Reading your comment as she peers over!
Annoyed the sh*t outta me.
Shes thinking this is her big break 🙂
Damn she started singing like a canary
There’s a special place in hell for killers that show up to the funeral.
There’s a special place in the funeral procession too, they get the third car.
Wouldn’t you think it would be odd if he didn’t show. Might as well scream to the investigators “I did it”
And there's a special place in Hell for. Killers even if they don't show up to the funeral.
@@countrypony101 now that’s the damn truth right there! 👍
Nah all hell is same for everyone
I love how you can tell ahead of time who committed the crime by who Mike takes the piss out of
I've watched two other big crime channels and the is the best. Great story teller and he doesn't lay on the excessive sympathy like some do.
I can’t imagine what her last thoughts must have been- seeing the guy who was best man at your wedding coming at her with a fucking hammer
Pretty creepy, wedding photos with her husband and her killer 😬😬

I just found this video, six months late. I hope you’re still good! 💜
❤❤❤ Awesome job. I hope you're still doing amazing ❤❤
Hope it's going well!!

Dude you really are the best at this. I've seen this story done maybe 2 or 3 other times on other channels, and was ready to just move on to another one, once I realized I had already heard it. But you are the best! You must really do so much to get all the footage, because in all your videos you always manage to get all the video and audio recordings, where most of the other channels do0n't. I'm pretty new to this channel, just found it like a week ago, but you have earned a viewer in me. Props to all the hard work, and comedic interludes as well!
i love the style of these videos. its presented in a way that just makes me go oooohhh. thank you Mike. youve done more for me these past few days than you could ever know. thank you.
The overgrown child that keeps looking at the camera while being questioned is indeed infuriating.
No, you don't look good, and yes, this is going on the internet.
It's crazy how angry that made me! I almost feel like she should have been charged for just being a big o'l bitch.
How old is that girl? Her muderous boyfriend looks like he also had a thing for ignorant young girls he could control. She was actually pretty clever in how she got him talking, and brave for telling the police. Let's hope she stays out of any future abusive relationships.
Maybe she thought the camera was edible.
Looool. Yes. What a loser.

Mike they way you tell these stories is just so appealing. I’ve listening to these stories now everyday. It is so crazy to think that there are so many evil people among ourselves that are willing to commit these horrific crimes. I guess some peoples minds are just wrongly wired.
You know... I spend my money on a lot more stupid crap than I care to admit... but Mike's early access to his vids from Patreon is hands down my best financial decision yet. I'm not even joking either lol. Thank you Mike!
